The Opportunity
The National Sales and Commercial Manager is responsible for driving DoseAid's growth strategy across Australia, leading the sales, commercial, and customer engagement functions. This role focuses on expanding DoseAid's market presence, developing strategic partnerships with pharmacies, healthcare providers, and aged care organisations, and maximising commercial performance while ensuring DoseAid's services deliver exceptional value to customers.
What you will do
Develop and execute the national sales strategy to achieve revenue, growth, and market share targets.
Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with DoseAid's commercial objectives.
Oversee commercial negotiations, tender processes, and contract management with key customers and partners.
Optimise pricing strategies, margin management, and service models to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
Contribute to the Executive Leadership Team in shaping business strategy and culture.
Drive customer-centricity and continuous improvement across sales and commercial functions.
What we are looking for
Proven track record in senior sales or commercial leadership within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG.
Strong commercial acumen, contract negotiation, and strategic account management skills.
Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing ability at executive and board level.
Strong understanding of healthcare, pharmacy, or aged care industry dynamics.
Strong network across pharmacy, aged care, or health services sectors.
