Recruitment Sourcer Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who can effectively communicate with both internal staff and external candidates. Key Responsibilities:
* Source candidates through job boards, social media, internal databases, and networking.
* Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the qualifications for open positions.
* Post job openings on various platforms and engage with applicants.
* Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
* Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure candidate records are up-to-date.
* Work closely with recruiters and account executives to understand job requirements and specific candidate needs.
Requirements:
* 2 years of professional experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
* Desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
* Personable, optimistic, and fearless of engaging with new people.
* Possess GRIT - passion and perseverance to accomplish long-term goals.
