W Sydney is now casting for a Rooms Controller reporting to the Welcome Manager.

**JOB SUMMARY**

Responsible for managing room allocations according to guest requests and preferences whenever possible. Ensures that general enquiries are handled whilst delivering service excellence through each guest experiences, and appropriately communicates with the team in relation to room requests/check-out changes, etc. Overall, should be able to balance the needs of their team, their guests, and the business itself, while maintaining a focus on excellence and continuous improvement. This requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a good understanding of the guest journey.

**CANDIDATE PROFILE**

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED; minimum 2 years management experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, PABX or related professional area.

OR
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major.
