Chubb is seeking a talented Business Finance Analyst to support our Divisional Finance Officers and drive business performance across Australia & New Zealand. Key Responsibilities Deliver management reporting, profit & loss reviews, and support forecasting and annual planning Prepare monthly reporting packs and contribute to month-end close activities Analyze premium production results and financial performance metrics, providing insightful commentary Maintain acquisition cost accounting and ensure accuracy in financial records Manage TM1 and Cognos records, support report production, and collaborate on system mapping Assist with strategic planning for P&C products Prepare presentations and financial commentaries for business meetings Collaborate with D&A and FP&A teams, supporting ad hoc requests Qualifications What We’re Looking For: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field 3 years of practical experience (preferably in commercial insurance) Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills Proven success in collaborative, team-oriented environments Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Proficiency with financial systems/tools: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Qlik, TM1 PCW, Peoplesoft, Power BI, Alteryx (preferred) Experience accessing and interrogating data warehouses Adaptability and attention to detail Prior experience in the insurance financial sector is highly desirable We offer you the opportunity to work as part of a dynamic and agile environment where continuous development is encouraged throughout your career, both locally and globally.
