About the Role
Reporting to the team leader, you'll manage a well organised, medium sized portfolio based in the northern suburbs with leasing, admin support and hands-on, supportive leadership. Your central focus will be on nurturing strong owner & tenant relationships, leading with expertise and offering top-tier service.
The Duties
1. Listing & advertisement of properties
2. Open inspections & private viewings
3. Build and maintain relationships with owners, tenants, colleagues & contractors
4. Lease renewals, tenant selection & property appraisals
5. PCRs and routine inspections
6. Repairs and maintenance
7. Rental arrears management
Skills & Experience
8. Previous PM experience is essential
9. Experience in Property Me - advantageous
10. Initiative and a passion for the industry
11. Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
12. High level of care factor and customer service
13. Highly efficient negotiation and problem-solving skills
