- Answering inbound call enquiries from recent and existing customers. 
- General CRM administration. 
- When required, office administration and general support. 
- Registering new business customers, and going through the process of getting their company websites up and running.
**Ideal experience required**:
- Personable, and comfortable to hold discussions with businesses owners. 
- Outstanding communication skills. 
- Organised, and able to prioritise workloads
