About the Position
The role encompasses managing a staffing cohort comprised of approximately 80 employees and 5 direct reports. This position is covering a parental leave period and will be offered as an initial 12-month fixed-term contract based at our location.
The incumbent will foster partnerships and stakeholder engagement, advocate for culturally appropriate service delivery, manage budgets, and coordinate periodic contractual reporting requirements of funding bodies.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Proven leadership experience in community services (aged care and/or disability services)
* Experience implementing processes that comply with governance and compliance requirements
* Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities
* Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex service delivery
* Experience working collaboratively with senior leadership and governance bodies
* Commitment to health and wellbeing
* Experience in preparing and submitting high-quality reports and funding applications for internal and external stakeholders
