About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our Primary Care services at Reiby Youth Justice Centre. Responsibilities include reception screening, comprehensive health assessments for persons in custody, and nursing management planning, implementation, and evaluation. The role requires adherence to Justice Health NSW, Ministry of Health, and Corrective Services NSW policies, procedures, and regulations.
Qualifications
Current authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
At least one full year of experience working as a Registered Nurse.
Location
The Reiby Youth Juvenile Justice Centre in NSW houses young people aged 10 to 21, focusing on rehabilitation through various programs including education, vocational training, and psychological support.
Salary & Benefits
Salary of $38.36 - $51.09 per hour (+ superannuation), with additional allowances, accrued days off, salary packaging, fitness passport, free onsite parking, and training opportunities.
