Job Description :

- Contract role for 6 months.

- Use your administration experience to support our shopping centre team with day-to-day administration.

The role:
Our Centre Management team is renowned for providing exceptional management services to a leading national retail landlord with centers across Australia. In this contract role for 6 months, you will oversee a shopping centre in West Village.

You will be responsible for general administration, managing accounts payable and receivable, assisting with monthly reporting, and overseeing office management duties for the Retail Centre team. This role plays a key part in supporting various stakeholders and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage general reception area including greeting of all incoming parties and calls.

- Draft, review and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation with minimal instruction

- Prepare and process internal and external accounts

- Attend to tenant service requests promptly

- Dealing with invoices, overtime allocation and new contractor management

- Perform administration tasks including checking photocopiers, distributing mail and archive management

- Prepare monthly expense reconciliation

- Invoicing of monthly charges to tenants

- Maintain team's calendars, organise meetings and ensure awareness of daily/weekly movements

Who are we looking for?

- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualification

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the use of pivot tables

- Sound understanding of general office procedures

- Basic knowledge of the property industry

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior administration role, providing high-level support to a team

- Previous experience working within a retail environment

- Experience using Vision (MRI) software is desirable
