Job Description
* Provide strategic financial advice to support organisational decision-making.
* Develop and manage budgets to align with organisational goals.
* Analyse financial performance and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
* Collaborate with various departments to improve financial processes.
* Lead forecasting activities to support future planning.
* Identify and mitigate financial risks effectively.
The Successful Applicant
* Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* CPA/CA or equivalent qualification
* Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools - using Workday Adaptive, Power Bi and Myob
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
* Knowledge of compliance requirements specific to not-for-profits.
* A proactive approach to managing financial operations.
