In this full-time role based in Geelong, you will work closely with the General Manager – Marketing & Communications to implement and contribute to the Group's marketing strategy.
The role is broad and hands-on, with a strong focus on creating and delivering marketing assets across both internal and external channels. You will support partnership and sponsorship programs and play a key role in the delivery of social media content, digital assets, website updates, and campaign activity. As part of the Marketing team, you will also contribute to community initiatives and assist with event coordination.
This role is well suited to someone who brings a passion for marketing, strong attention to detail, and strong graphic design skills, and who enjoys being involved across a wide range of marketing initiatives.
To be successful in the role, you must possess the following:
* The ability to contribute to the implementation of marketing strategy through the delivery of campaigns, assets, and initiatives across multiple channels
* Strong graphic design capability, with experience creating high-quality marketing artwork across digital, social, print & outdoor advertising
* Confidence supporting a broad range of marketing functions including social media, digital content, website updates, partnerships, and events
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate timelines, manage multiple tasks, and ensure marketing activity is delivered on time
* A proactive approach to working with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective marketing solutions
* High attention to detail across all marketing outputs, ensuring brand consistency and quality
* A collaborative, positive attitude and willingness to contribute across a wide range of marketing projects
Your Experience & Qualifications
* A qualification in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field (highly regarded)
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator (After Effects advantageous)
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work
* Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* A proactive, reliable approach with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
