Your new role
As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional HR support across ANZ. You will:
Manage frontline HR inquiries through ServiceNow with a strong focus on service excellence
Maintain and update employee data accurately in Workday
Support HR programs including benefits, payroll coordination, and verification requests
Deliver Tier 0 and Tier 1 HR services and ensure timely, high‑quality resolutions
Assist in regional and global HR projects, ensuring workflows are seamless and collaborative
Build strong relationships with HR stakeholders locally and internationally
Uphold data integrity and compliance across all HR systems
What you'll need to succeed
You will be someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment. The ideal candidate brings:
3+ years of HR Operations experience, preferably within a tech or multinational environment
Strong understanding of HR functions including benefits, payroll, and HR policies
Hands‑on experience with Workday, ServiceNow, and Google Suite
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain high attention to detail
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across regions and time zones
A problem‑solving mindset with the ability to support immediate employee needs while improving long‑term processes
A proactive, self‑motivated approach with a passion for operational excellence
Full time working rights in Australia, and to currently be based in Sydney
