The Role:
Medical Receptionist (Full‐Time) at our Cannington clinic.
In this role, you will support the smooth running of the clinic by working efficiently, effectively, and on occasion autonomously, in line with high quality processes and procedures designed to ensure a consistent level of service to patients, doctors, and clients.
Medical Receptionist Roster:
Week 1
* Monday – 11am-8:00pm
* Tuesday – 11am – 8:00pm
* Saturday – 11am – 8:00pm
Week 2
* Monday – 11am – 8:00pm
* Tuesday – 11am-8:00pm
* Saturday – 11am – 8:00pm
* Sunday – 11:30am-8:00pm
What you will be doing:
* Taking bookings for patients usingBestPractice software
* Processing Patient Paperwork (Faxing/Scanning and emailing Documents)
* Answering multiple busy phone lines
* Billings and accounts (HICAPS and EFTPOS)
* Adhoc Administration Tasks
You will have:
* Previous experience in a busy medical reception role
* Best Practice software experience
* Professional presentation and attitude
* Ability to multi‐task and prioritise in a busy environment
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Full working rights in Australia
* Current Police Clearance
