Job Description

At CEA, we're expanding our Service Team to meet growing customer demand. We're looking for an experienced and motivated Diesel Mechanic to join our Darra branch. If you're passionate about quality service and want to be part of a supportive, high-performing team – we want to hear from you

About the Role

As a Service Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering safe, efficient, and compliant diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services on a range of mobile equipment. Working both independently and as part of a team, you'll be responsible for:

* Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues in the field and workshop
* Performing scheduled maintenance and component replacements
* Providing exceptional customer service and technical support
* Ensuring all work is completed to safety and quality standards

What You'll Bring

* Trade qualified Diesel Mechanic (Australia or NZ certified)
* Proven experience servicing and repairing heavy mobile equipment (mining or heavy industry preferred)
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* Ability to work autonomously and follow detailed instructions
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to safety
* Current driver's licence
* OEM experience highly regarded but not essential
