Overview
The Product + Operations coordinator will help both customers and internal team operate smoothly day-to-day. The role is well suited to someone who enjoys combining problem-solving, communication and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
* Creating and maintaining product listings in NetSuite and Shopify
* Updating specifications, pricing and product imagery
* Coordinating with suppliers to obtain product information, samples and swatches
* Monitoring freight updates and ETA changes
* Assisting with workflow improvements and process efficiencies, including the use of AI and automation tools
* Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
* Assisting with product, stock, specification and lead time questions
* Help to manage events and showroom bookings
* Promotions: helping to coordinate the delivery and returns of prizes
* Liaising with the warehouse team regarding deliveries and dispatches
Qualifications
* 1+ years' experience in a similar role
* Ideal industry experience across Retail, Homewares, Lifestyle
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Comfortable working with systems and technology
* Interest in AI, automation and improving workflows is welcomed
