Could you be our next State Marketing Assistant SA?
Are you passionate about marketing and ready to make an impact at one of Australia's most iconic brands? We're looking for a State Marketing Assistant to support our South Australia team in driving local marketing strategies that build sales, guest counts, and brand trust.
What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?
* Supporting the State Marketing Manager in delivering local marketing strategies that drive sales and guest counts
* Managing budgets, analyse sales data, and prepare monthly reports
* Coordinating regional meetings and assisting restaurants with local store marketing (LSM) activities
* Developing and executing local media plans and sponsorship activations
* Ensuring merchandising aligns with McDonald's standards and campaign objectives
Your keys to success:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
* 2–3 years' experience in a marketing coordinator role or similar
* Strong skills in budget management, campaign execution, and stakeholder engagement.
* Proactive, analytical, and creative thinker with excellent communication skills.
* Experience in QSR, FMCG, or agency environments is highly regarded
