About the role:
Our client is seeking a skilled and reliable Window Installer to join their growing team. You'll play a key role in installing high-end Australian made Aluminium windows and doors on residential and commercial sites across the Toowoomba region. If you're hands-on, detail-oriented, and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you.
This is a full time role, Monday - Friday, 6:30am-3:30pm (flexibility available)
Work a 4 day week Have every 2nd Friday off and get paid
Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Installing Aluminium windows and doors on-site with a high level of accuracy and quality
* Reading and interpreting site plans, drawings, and measurements
* Resolving on-site installation challenges (e.g. alignment, hardware fitting, sealing)
* Ensuring all work complies with safety and installation procedures
* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Skills & experience:
* Experience with window or door installation (steel/aluminium/CrimSafe preferred, not essential)
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
* Good problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to site conditions
* Confident using hand and power tools
* Reliable, punctual, and a team player
* Willingness to follow instructions and mentor junior team members
