Lead Digital Transformation
You'll have the opportunity to lead digital change programs using proven methodologies, establishing governance frameworks with risk-based checkpoints aligned to platform release cycles.
* Map and engage stakeholders from haul-truck operators to Executives, securing change champions.
* Deliver engaging internal communications via newsletters, videos, Teams activations, and roadshows.
* Design and track training programs, including role-based pathways and feedback-led content updates.
Key Responsibilities
As a key member of the Data and AI Platform team, you will be responsible for architecting and engineering reusable AI components, orchestration frameworks, and cloud-based infrastructure that support data scientists, engineers, and digital product teams across the business.
Our work enables consistent, trusted, and efficient development of GenAI agents, MLOps workflows, and enterprise-grade AI applications.
Qualifications and Experience
We're looking for someone who is degree qualified in Communications, Marketing, Change Management or related discipline. You should have extensive experience leading digital change or internal marketing programs.
Demonstrated experience working in data/AI environments, with hands-on experience in Canva and generative AI tools is required.
Certified in change management (Prosci, APMG or equivalent), with proven multi-channel campaign delivery is essential.
Strong analytics and reporting skills, including Power BI/Tableau literacy and benefits realisation are necessary.
