Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Personal Care Worker with strong Night Duty experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care to our residents during overnight shifts.
This is a permanent part-time opportunity (45 hours per fortnight) and casual Night Duty shifts are also available.
Responsibilities
* Deliver care and services in accordance with the agreed Care Plan.
* Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral and dental care, and continence care.
* Assist with mobility using aids and falls prevention.
* Support eating and drinking, including awareness of special dietary requirements.
* Provide basic skin care, repositioning, and application of skin creams.

Qualifications
* Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent (or currently studying) – mandatory.
* NDIS Worker Clearance – mandatory.
* Right to work in Australia.
* Experience providing personal care in an aged care setting.
* Passion for delivering a person‐centred approach to care.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
* Compassionate and empathetic nature.
