Role Overview
As a customer advisor, you will be the initial point of contact for customers. Your primary responsibility will be to identify suitable products and services that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:

* Demonstrate digital banking options for customers, making banking simple, easy, and secure.
* Recommend relevant products and services to meet customer requirements.
* Process transactions accurately and provide timely support.

Work Environment:
