Job purpose:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in leading effective recruitment of Disability Support Workers — sourcing, engaging, and supporting the right people to join our team. By attracting and connecting with compassionate, skilled individuals, you' will help build a workforce that empowers people with disabilities to live life their way.

Your Role Will Include
* Creating and posting engaging job ads
* Actively sourcing candidates online, via referrals, and through community networking across Perth
* Screening applications and shortlisting against NDIS requirements
* Conducting interviews to assess suitability and alignment with No Limitts values
* Building strong candidate relationships and ensuring a positive experience
* Working with the Support Office team to anticipate staffing needs
* Maintaining accurate, compliant recruitment records
* Supporting onboarding alongside the team
* Contributing ideas to improve recruitment and team culture

About You
* Demonstrated experience in recruitment (advertising, candidate search, screening, interviewing).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating in a small team.
* Understanding of, or willingness to learn about, NDIS requirements and the disability support sector.
* Proficiency in using recruitment/HR systems and maintaining accurate records.
* Knowledge of employment law, Fair Work requirements, and compliance obligations.
* Commitment to person-centred practice and upholding No Limitts mission and values
