About the role
As a Plant Process Worker, you’ll play a key role in supporting the secure operation of our plant. You will be involved across the full operational cycle – from preparing equipment and feeds, to assisting during operations, and completing post‑run cleaning, reset, and handover activities.
You’ll receive comprehensive training to operate plant equipment safely and confidently. You’ll also provide hands‑on mechanical support across the site, including minor troubleshooting, maintenance assistance, and other practical operational tasks.
This is a hands‑on, dynamic role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a practical environment, and wants to contribute directly to plant operations while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and performance.
