Service Advisor / Admin – Join Our Team
We're a busy auto electrical workshop based in Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast, and we're looking for a motivated, organised, and customer-focused person to join us as a Service Advisor / Admin. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time for the right person.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Greeting customers and managing bookings (phone, email, and in-person)
* Preparing quotes, processing invoices, and updating job records
* Ordering parts and coordinating deliveries
* Communicating with customers about their vehicle's progress
* Supporting the team with day-to-day admin and workshop scheduling
What We're Looking For:
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* High attention to detail and excellent organisation
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive, reliable, and able to take initiative
* A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Automotive industry experience and bookkeeping skills are a bonus, but not essential — we value the right mindset above all.
