The role
If you're interested in collaborating with customers to promote customer loyalty and increase account growth in a supportive team atmosphere, we'd be delighted to chat with you Currently, we're in search of an Inside Sales Account Manager who can provide sales assistance to our software solutions clients.
As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering a top-notch sales experience to a varied range of commercial and government accounts, while also enhancing Data#3's market position and achieving financial growth. This is a permanent full-time position that offers hybrid flexibility, allowing you to work both in the office and from home.
Key responsibilities
* Achieve personal (and team, if applicable) product, services and solutions offerings targets through the development of new business and increased offerings in existing business
* Identify and maximize business opportunities for new and existing customers
* Manage and co-ordinate tender processes
* Provide customers with specific Data#3 value solutions, to meet their needs, within Data#3's delivery capability
* Negotiation of new contracts and management of existing contracts with clients
* Develop and maintain close working relationships with all stakeholders (external and internal clients) to ensure quality customer service, in turn ensuring long term strategic customer relationships that exceed customers' expectations
* Assess and evaluate risk and understand the implications of new technologies
* Provide accurate three month forecasts of gross profit, revenue and expenses
* Manage debtors to achieve company targets
* Manage order process from order entry to customer delivery
Experience
* Demonstrated experience in dealing with customers at all organisational levels
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a successful IT sales environment preferably with software licensing sales experience
* Relevant experience in developing and managing existing and new business within strategic accounts
* Relevant experience managing a individual quota
* IT product knowledge, especially our Suppliers' products
* Demonstrated experience in the assessment and communication of the value of Data#3's Solutions to the client
Skills
* Possess the skills, and traits necessary to being a successful Account Manager such as professionalism, a sense of urgency, and a dedication to continuous improvement and customer service
* Demonstrated skills in developing high-level relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry leaders
* Effective oral and written communication skills to ensure clear and accurate communication with all stakeholders
* Effective oral and written communication skills to influence and persuade customers using a broad understanding of all aspects of Data#3's Solutions
* Effective negotiation and problem resolution skills to achieve win/win situations
Abilities
* Demonstrated ability to manage many different tasks successfully
