About the Role
Reporting directly to the Bakery Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the day‐to‐day operation of the store's bakery department to ensure smooth operation.
Responsibilities include:
* Assist with managing and coaching the team
* Complete production and action orders
* Generate rosters and schedules
* Other related tasks as required
Qualifications
* Fresh food retail knowledge preferred, but not essential
* Passion and enthusiasm with a very hands‐on approach

* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to liaise with both team members and management
