Leasing Portfolio Manager Role
This part-time position involves assisting the existing portfolio manager in managing a large rental portfolio with support from team members.
The Key Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day management of the rental portfolio and new business; handling owner and tenant communications, as well as administration tasks.
* Collaborating with an experienced portfolio manager within a designated team setup to manage multiple portfolios.
* Conducting regular routine property inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
* Coordinating ingoings and outgoings, including lease signings and related documentation.
* Liaising daily with landlords and tenants to address concerns and resolve issues promptly.
* Working closely with the new business development team to drive growth and expansion.
* Organizing repairs and maintenance services to maintain properties at optimal levels.
* Managing electronic filing systems, such as Property Management Software, to streamline operations.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in property management, leasing, or a related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Familiarity with property management software and systems, preferably PropertyME.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
