Position No: ******** Work Type: Permanent - Full Time Permanent | Full-Time Level 9 | Salary: $130,298 - $138,953*, plus superannuation Vehicle Allowance of $14,000 Flexible Work Arrangements Vacancy ******** The opportunity We are in the market for an experienced and suitably qualified individual who has extensive knowledge of the Human Resource environment and experience working with HR systems.
As the Coordinator People Systems and Projects, you will lead a small team to achieve key actions as identified in the City's Workforce Plan and deliver business system improvements/programs in all aspects of the employee life cycle.
Utilising the City's current system (TechnologyOne), and other current or future people related systems, you will provide a high-level consultancy and project management capability in the delivery of HR and Payroll Systems solutions, including the identification and implementation of automated system improvements in areas such as reporting and dashboard capability.
You will contribute at a strategic level to initiatives and interventions that influence and develop a safe and constructive organisational culture and drive organisational effectiveness.
To be successful in this role, you will need: Degree in Human Resource Management Project Management accreditation Member of, or eligible for membership of, an appropriate professional organisation (e.g. Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI)) Qualification in Information Technology (desirable) Change Management and Process Improvement accreditation (desirable) Cert IV in Training and Assessment (desirable) Minimum of 7 years leading and developing teams in a Human Resource environment.
Minimum 7 years' experience working with HR Systems, including module implementations and business improvements (experience in TechnologyOne highly regarded).
Experience in developing and implementing workforce planning strategies.
Experience in leading recruitment and payroll functions.
Experience in driving change management and continuous improvement.
