About Bonifid

Bonifid is a new Australian wellness benefits startup building a platform that helps employers support employee wellbeing while connecting employees with trusted wellness providers.

We partner with wellness providers such as gyms, physiotherapists, massage clinics, nutritionists, mental health professionals, fitness studios, wellness consultants, and other wellness businesses, while helping employers offer meaningful wellness benefits to their teams.

At Bonifid, we are building a platform that makes wellness benefits more accessible for employees while helping wellness providers grow their businesses through meaningful partnerships.

About the Role

Bonifid is in its early launch stage, and we are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Growth & Partnerships Representative to help build our provider and employer network from the ground up in Darwin.

This role focuses on building partnerships, acquiring wellness providers and employers, and helping establish Bonifid's local market presence.

This is a flexible hybrid role with the opportunity to work independently while collaborating closely with the founding team.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and approach wellness providers and local businesses
* Present and explain the Bonifid platform and value proposition
* Build relationships with employers and wellness partners
* Attend networking and community/business events
* Help onboard new providers and partners
* Support local business development and partnership opportunities
* Gather market feedback and help improve growth strategies
* Assist with outreach, relationship management, and partnership follow-ups

What Success Looks Like

* Successfully onboarding wellness providers and employer partners
* Building strong local business relationships in Darwin
* Helping increase awareness and adoption of the Bonifid platform
* Contributing ideas to support company growth and partnerships

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

* Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers
* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
* Experienced in sales, partnerships, business development, or account management
* Passionate about wellness, startups, or community growth
* Well-connected in Darwin business or wellness communities (preferred)
