We are currently looking for a Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator to join our team, based in Darwin NT.
About the Candidate:
The Purchasing role is an incredible opportunity for you to take your procurement experience to the next level. We're looking for someone with knowledge of the hospitality industry, who is a passionate professional with great attention to detail and a drive to achieve.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years of procurement/purchasing experience to be considered for this role.
Applicants must possess 3+ years of hospitality industry experience to meet the essential requirements of this position.
What you'll do:
* Take Customer Orders and drive Sales, ordering of products from various suppliers and coordinating with freight companies.
* Receipting of goods, invoicing customers and arranging deliveries.
* General office administration duties, such as phone, data entry/word processing, collating and preparing various documents.
* Collaborate with our team to ensure overall customer and product satisfaction.
You'll Love this role if you:
* Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Have technological aptitude to manage spreadsheets and documents.
* Have previous experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
* Have self‐motivation for learning, energetic, and have a driven work ethic.

* Experience and knowledge of the hospitality industry preferred.
* Work experience with defence would be an advantage.
