Duties
In this role you will:
* Handle a diverse caseload spanning commercial, tax, property, insolvency, and corporate disputes.
* Collaborate across teams and with senior and junior litigators on complex legal matters.
* Advocate for clients in courts, tribunals, and mediations across interlocutory and hearing stages.
* Lead, mentor, and support junior lawyers and clerks to drive team development.
* Contribute to business growth through client relationship management and professional networking.
Skills & experience
Ideally, you will:
* Bring 6–9+ years' PAE in commercial dispute resolution and litigation.
* Apply strong technical and strategic skills to manage files independently.
* Excel in advocacy, negotiation, and client engagement.
* Lead and mentor others with a clear path toward Principal progression.
* Drive client service excellence and contribute to business growth.
