The MCA Controls Office ensures effective risk management across MCA, including BAU risk activities, reporting, control testing, supplier risk, and risk considerations for strategic change.
Your Impact:
This is a 12-month max term opportunity. You'll lead MCA's ACMA Enforceable Undertaking (EU) activities, ensuring stakeholders are informed, accountable, and aligned. Key responsibilities include:
3. Coordinate and lead delivery across all MCA ACMA EU workstreams end-to-end
4. Translate regulatory requirements into actionable deliverables
5. Develop briefings and facilitate stakeholder understanding of deliverables
6. Track and report progress, escalate risks, and ensure timely delivery
7. Identify process improvements and reduce manual effort
* Collaborate with Controls, Risk, and Program teams
We're interested in hearing from people who have:
8. Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skills
9. Ability to simplify complex regulatory requirements
10. Experience in program delivery, project management, or regulatory change
11. Experience in a 'Pace' or Agile delivery environment using Jira or similar systems to manage delivery
12. Excellent communication and organisational skills
13. Risk mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
14. Tertiary qualifications in business, communications, project management, or related fields.
15. Certifications in Agile, project delivery, or change management are a plus (but not required ).
* Financial services or regulated industry experience preferred
