Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to provide exceptional service to our global clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with Assistant Client Service Executives to ensure administrative activities are completed on time and to a high standard of quality.
* Working closely with Credit Control, the Multinational Processing Service Unit, and other departments to resolve accounting and processing issues.
* Building strong relationships with clients and their brokers, serving as the primary point of contact for all service-related matters concerning their accounts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 3 to 5 years prior insurance and reinsurance industry knowledge across all commercial lines.
* Proficient in the use of MS Office to intermediate level of understanding.
* Ability to interpret information and strong problem-solving skills.
* Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
