Job Description:
We seek an experienced Hospitality professional to manage the ongoing success and growth of our venue. As a key member of the Food and Beverage team, you will collaborate closely with the Kitchen team to deliver exceptional service and quality.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading daily operations to achieve high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety in compliance with health regulations.
* Maintaining a positive work culture through consistent feedback, coaching, and training.
* Promoting marketing strategies to maximize sales and revenue.
* Monitoring and managing staffing levels to ensure proper coverage during peak hours.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Highly developed food and beverage experience, preferably in large-scale pub, food hall, or high-volume venues.
* A creative and inquisitive mind with strong organizational skills and demonstrable experience.
