Accounts and Administrator for Garden Centre - part time
Manawee Garden Centre is an established Retail Nursery based in Buderim. We are looking for a part time office administrator and bookkeeper to join our busy team for 3 days per week (Tuesday to Thursday).
Reporting to the Director, the main duties include, but are not limited to:
* General office administration and assistance to management
* Accounts payable and receivable
* Bank reconciliations and banking
* Wages, superannuation and HR requirements
* Assisting with policies and procedures
* Entering invoices into inventory system and processing stock write offs
* Enter new members for Garden Club and process renewals
Skills and experience:
* At least 5 years' experience in a similar role
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage workflow and to meet deadlines
* Willingness to take and follow instructions
* Excellent work ethic, highly motivated and have initiative
* Able to liaise with external accountant
