The Position
As an experienced Strata Manager, you'll report to the Principal and oversee all aspects of managing a well-established boutique portfolio. You'll receive substantial administrative support, allowing you to focus on high-value tasks.
* Managing approximately 500 lots.
* Properties are relatively local to the office resulting in minimal travel.
* Part-time hours; however, after-hours AGMs are required occasionally.
* Conduct of AGM.
* Arranging maintenance.
* Owner communication not addressed above.
* Using Stratafy software.
Support for the role includes:
* Drafting AGM notice, scheduling, and minute preparation.
* Drafting budgets.
* Accounts processing and query management.
* Processing and issuing levies.
* Management fee management.
* Dedicated receptionist.
* Strata Roll updates.
* Ownership and committee updates.
* Insurance claims, renewals, and valuations.
* ATO requirements.
The Criteria
* Previous strata management experience is essential - ideally 2+ years.
* Driver's license.
* Knowledge of Stratafy software.
* IT savvy to navigate systems & streamline processes.
* A confident and high-energy personality.
* Outstanding communication and attention to detail.
