The Role
An established inner city property group is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager or Property Manager to join their Perth office on a full time basis.
This role oversees a well presented and stable residential portfolio and has arisen due to a planned retirement. You will receive a structured handover, allowing you to step into the role with confidence and support from day one.
You will be part of a collaborative, people focused team that operates with clear systems and processes in place.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a residential portfolio from end to end
* Advertising vacancies, conducting inspections, and placing tenants
* Coordinating maintenance and repairs through established processes
* Overseeing lease renewals and rental reviews
* Maintaining strong relationships with landlords through regular communication
* Responding to tenant enquiries in a professional and timely manner
* Ensuring compliance with WA tenancy legislation and internal procedures
* Working closely with colleagues in a supportive team environment
About You
* Proven experience in residential property management
* Solid understanding of WA residential tenancy legislation
* Strong communication, organisation, and relationship building skills
* Comfortable managing landlord and tenant matters independently
* Confident using property management software and Microsoft Office
* Experience with inner city or metropolitan portfolios is advantageous
* Property Tree experience is beneficial but not essential
* A collaborative team member who values relationships and accountability
