The Role: 
TIG is expanding! 
We are looking for a tenacious Business Development Manager that loves opening new doors, building relationships, and delivering premium technology solutions that enhance logistics & supply chain efficiencies. 
Our team include Business Development Managers, Relationship Managers and Senior Customer Service Specialists that partner with Sales to ensure our customers' needs are met, every single time. 
You will be working with some absolute experts in the domestic freight market. 
We are on the road mostly on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and in the office on alternative days. 
What You'll Bring: 
Minimum 3 years' experience in a solution-based business development role (Freight or Logistics experience essential) 
Experience working to and exceeding targets 
Engaging presentation skills and strong influence and negotiation skills 
High level account / relationship management 
Curiosity, and a drive to win new business with premium solutions
