Business Administrator with procurement and accounts payable experience required for an excellent opportunity, working for a leading business in Leederville.

We are assisting our Client based in Leederville who are seeking a Purchasing and Accounts Payable Officer who can start immediately for a minimum 6 month assignment
**The role***
- Manage purchase orders and submit supplier claimes
- Match, batch and coding invoices
- Manage internal and external stakeholder queries
- Processing payments for suppliers
- Updating purchase order system with dates when purchase orders are received
- Manage procurement of supplies, negotiating payment terms
- General admin duties
- Relevant experience in providing business and financial services in a commercially focussed organisation
- Relevant experience in using a computer based financial and procurement management system
- Relevant experience in financial and business analysis and problem solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience within a property business is advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
