What you'll be doing
Diary, email and travel management
Preparing legal documents and maintaining client/matter records
Billing, expenses and practice administration
Coordinating meetings, events and business development activities
Contributing to the growth and success of our Brisbane office
What we're looking for
2+ years' experience as a Legal Secretary or Practice Assistant in a law firm
Strong MS Office skills, with excellent attention to detail
Highly organised, proactive and confident managing competing priorities
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
Australian citizen or permanent resident
