About the Role:



* This position plays a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and order within our facility.
* You will be responsible for cleaning resident rooms, common areas, main entrance, outdoor entertainment areas, admin offices, and dining halls as well as providing laundry services.
* Working closely with the Facility Manager and Hotel Services Team Leader you will ensure that daily tasks are completed safely and efficiently.




Requirements:



1. Demonstrated cleaning experience required
2. Able to work independently or as part of a team
3. Cleanliness standards must always be maintained while working effectively under pressure when managing multiple priorities at once.
4. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, high empathy interacting residents occurs regularly - this needs top-notch tact ">
