Job Summary
A senior Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for the technical uplift projects, including AX2012 to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations migration and dispensing inventory system integration.
This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, developers, and integration specialists to ensure smooth delivery of system integrations. The successful candidate will be a key contributor to our Pharmacy Uplift program.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience as a Business Analyst in ERP systems and healthcare/pharmacy integrations. Strong communication skills, proactive approach, and ability to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders are essential.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Work with business and technical stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document integration and configuration requirements.
* Develop functional and technical specifications for integration development.
* Document system configurations and integration points.
* Validate data flows between various systems/platforms.
* Provide clear requirements and documentation for the integration specialists to commence development.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
* Support onboarding of technical consultants with clear documentation.
Requirements:
* Experience:
* Valid Australian work rights for at least 12 months.
* Minimum 4 years' experience as a Business Analyst, including large-scale ERP or pharmacy/healthcare integration projects.
* Experience with InterSystems IRIS, AX2012, D365 Finance & Operations.
Education:
1. Bachelor or Master's degree in IT or Computer Science or related field/experience.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
* Familiarity with HL7 messaging, API/file-based integrations.
* Prior experience integrating dispensing/inventory solutions with financial platforms (AX/D365).
* Background in pharmacy, healthcare, or retail industries.
