ADSSI is a respected, not‑for‑profit (for purpose) community organisation delivering government‑funded in‑home aged care, disability and veterans’ services across the Central Coast and Hunter regions of New South Wales. With a history spanning more than 38 years, ADSSI supports thousands of people each year to live safely, independently and with dignity in their own homes.
ADSSI is a values‑led organisation, guided by CRESST: Continuous Quality Improvement, Respect and Integrity, Empathy, Safety and Well‑being, Service and Teamwork. Our vision is to create a community where everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered to thrive. We aim to be a leading provider of aged and disability home care services, known for excellence, compassion, and innovation.
We are entering a period of continued growth, diversification and brand consolidation across multiple programs and communities and are seeking a Non-Executive Director to support governance during this period.
