Since UpGuard's main audience is other people who keep their companies secure, we agonize over and take pride in creating experiences that are user‐friendly, educational, and more importantly, actionable.
Why are we hiring this role?
As a Senior Growth Product Designer at UpGuard, you'll play a key role within our Growth squad, designing and optimising experiences that drive acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention across our rapidly growing cybersecurity SaaS platform. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing, you'll take high‐level growth opportunities and turn them into thoughtful, experiment‐ready designs and prototypes. You'll stay closely involved as solutions move into development, sweating the details to deliver measurable impact alongside exceptional user experiences. You'll also have meaningful exposure to our highly engaged user community, including teams from some of the world's leading companies, using their feedback and behavioural insights to inform continuous growth improvements.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead the design of end‐to‐end product experiences, from early concept through to polished execution and iteration, with a strong focus on driving measurable growth outcomes
* Partner with PMs, engineers, and subject‐matter experts to shape feature direction and design decisions
* Align on discovery efforts, contribute to research plans, run interviews, and translate insights into opportunities
* Prototype and test ideas at the right level of fidelity for each stage of the process, enabling rapid experimentation and learning
