At Zenith Investment Partners, we're offering an exceptional opportunity for a Head of Portfolio Solutions to join our dynamic and high-performing team. This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll shape strategic investment outcomes, collaborate across functions, and engage directly with clients and stakeholders. You'll be empowered to drive innovation in portfolio construction, reporting, and client engagement, while mentoring a talented team and contributing to the broader strategic direction of the business.
Your key responsibilities as a Head of Portfolio Solutions will include:
* Driving client portfolio construction and fund selection in collaboration with the Portfolio Solutions and Asset Allocation teams.
* Overseeing the delivery of timely, accurate reporting, including market updates, performance attribution, and client reporting.
* Managing client relationships, addressing portfolio queries, and representing Zenith in Investment Committee meetings.
* Driving strategic initiatives and operational improvements, including system enhancements and cross-functional collaboration.
* Mentoring team members and developing new client reporting capabilities to support evolving business needs.
* Monitoring portfolio performance and risk, ensuring alignment with benchmarks and regulatory requirements.
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Head of Portfolio Solutions:
* You must have at least 10 years of experience in investment research, funds management, or a related financial services environment.
* You will have a strong background in portfolio construction, fund selection, and performance analysis.
* You should possess excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
* You must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools, with experience using Bloomberg and MSCI Barra considered advantageous.
* You will hold a finance-related degree and ideally a postgraduate qualification, reflecting your deep technical and strategic expertise.
