The PTS Sales Representative is responsible for growing market share and revenue with assigned accounts. The PTS Sales Representative is also responsible for establishing and building relationships with assigned customers. This person promotes the sale of BL products and services to assigned accounts, utilizing field background expertise to match customer need with applicable solution. The PTS Sales Representative optimizes sales opportunities through in-depth knowledge of client activities and plans, and communicates customer activity and sales opportunities through effective use of sales business systems/processes. Tasks and Responsbilities: Plan client calls and makes regular client visits to ensure appropriate call coverage of assigned accounts. To be familiar with company products, design principles and safety aspects in order to act focal point for clients. Ensure customer problems arising from sales are responded to and appropriately managed. Work with management to develop sales goals and coordinate sales plans for the promotion of existing services and products and the introduction of new services and products. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive products and services. Contribute to multi-PL activities. Support the marketing strategy of the BL. Maintain C4C for accounts, including customer profiling, organizational chart, visit reports, and customer drivers. Create and action an approved sales plan for assigned accounts. Identify and qualify all sales leads and opportunities. Maintain opportunity pipeline in C4C. Work with management to develop sales goals and coordinate sales plans for promoting existing services and products and introducing new services and products. Monitor price structure and pricing levels and recommend necessary changes and price increases. Provide support for receivables management. Ensure product and service delivery to SLB best practices and QSHE programs and systems. Monitoring quotations of product and service works. Monitor execution of Customer orders in relation SLB procedures. Provide recommendations and justifications for Audit to Optimise (A2O) site surveys Work with Concept Solutions Engineering and A2O Team to delivery customer centric solutions Focal point for local service partners (LSPs) Bachelors degree or diploma in a technical and relevant field as a minimum 5-7 Years minimum sales and commercial experience (sales, business development, tendering, sales support, customer services representative, product specialist or similar roles) Process equipment, production facilities, production plants, process background (mechanical/process engineering) Knowledge of and experience with Oil and Gas Processing technologies is required.
