Key Accounts Sales Executive | Full‐time | Internal Opportunity
Due to growth, we're offering an experienced team member the opportunity to step into a pivotal (and shiny new) role within Adelaide Oval's event delivery team. You'll support the sales and coordination of corporate event-day business, working closely with high-profile clients and internal stakeholders to deliver major events and premium corporate hospitality experiences.
To succeed, you'll bring proven experience across hospitality, events or sales and genuinely thrive in a fast event‐driven environment. You're hands‐on, highly organised (time management is second nature), and take pride in seeing ideas come to life as seamless event days bringing confidence, polish and professionalism to everything you do.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting event day sales activity and helping convert business across key accounts
* Managing client relationships and coordinating event details from start to finish
* Being across the planning, delivery and follow‐up of events and corporate functions
* Keeping client information, forecasts and reports up to date in our systems
* Working closely with F&B, Operations and service teams on event delivery
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in hospitality, events, corporate functions or sales (this is essential)
* Confidence dealing with clients and stakeholders at all levels
* Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
* A collaborative, can‐do approach and attention to detail
* Flexibility to work event days and out‐of‐hours is required

The Fine Print:
* Applicants 18 & over, will be required to successfully obtain a DHS Working with Children's Check (for paid employment) within the first two months of employment.
* You may be required to work out‐of‐hours in this role in line with the business' operational needs, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
