Overview
Due to continued growth, Ferrycarrig have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team.
This position will be based in our Head Office in Botany, Sydney with the requirement for site visits as and when required to meet project needs.

Ferrycarrig has made a significant contribution to some of Sydney\'s largest and most significant infrastructure projects delivered in recent years, including Sydney Light Rail, Parramatta Light Rail, Sydney Metro, Western Sydney Airport, and the New Sydney Fish Markets.
What You Will Be Doing
* Management and ownership of the commercial and contractual requirements through the life cycle of the project.
* Evaluate and negotiate contractual claims with sub-contractors and assist project managers in the procurement of contracts; and
* Successfully coordinate efficient delivery in the management of contract documentation.
* Responsibility for interface Client Commercial/Contract Team.
* Project Procurement including Sub-contractors.
* Conduct cost and risk analysis.
* Review all incoming correspondence from Employers, Design Team and /or subcontractors, to identify contractually critical items and to initiate replies.
* Manage commercial aspects of subcontractors.
* Provide project costing, margin & cashflow reports.
* Manage project change order procedures and agree costs with client.
Is this job for me
* Degree qualifications in construction, engineering, QS or a related discipline or have the necessary on the job experience
* 7+ years experience working as a Contracts Administrator or Quantity Surveyor.
* Experience working on civil or infrastructure projects is desirable but not essential
* Have demonstrated experience in all aspects of quantity surveying
* High attention to detail, information process and problem-solving capability
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* High levels of motivation and excellent time management and organisational skills
