Front Desk Ambassador Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impression and provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for our organisation.

* Manage the front desk, greet visitors, and handle incoming calls with professionalism and cultural respect.
* Support clients and community with basic enquiries and appointments in a timely and efficient manner.
* Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area and coordinate visitor sign-in processes.
* Assist with office coordination including supplies, bookings, and equipment to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
* Collaborate with the Corporate Services team to provide administrative support.


About You

* Prior experience in reception or general administration is highly valued.
* Strong communication skills and professional presentation are essential for this role.
* You will have the ability to work respectfully with diverse groups and individuals.
* You should be confident using Microsoft Office and basic administrative systems.
* Organised, reliable, and able to handle sensitive information are key qualities required for this position.
