Due to expansion, our high-performing and highly team-oriented property company is hiring an additional "Property Manager" to join our energetic and ultra-friendly team focused on client services, closely-knitted teamwork and passionate support for our team members.
You will have the opportunity to work with property management and property professionals who are highly experienced, driven and focused on achieving results together. You will work with and learn from highly experienced professionals. FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED if you do not have any property experience.
Responsibilities
* Being one of the contact persons for property owners, tenants and trades.
* Assisting with variety of inspections, viewings, routine inspections.
* Marketing and advertising campaign management for rentals.
* Providing maintenance support to clients and tenants.
* Handling property management related tasks.
Candidate Profile
* Willing to be a team player, learn and grow.
* Interested in the real estate industry and wanting to create a successful career in real estate.
* Basic Chinese speaking ability is nice to have (NOT compulsory).
