About the role
Reporting to the General Manager – Digital and Public Relations, The Digital Marketing Manager owns the end-to-end CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy across the Yalumba and HSFE brand portfolios, driving customer engagement, retention, and loyalty at scale. Partnering closely with Brand, Digital & PR, this role leads the execution and optimisation of insight-led CRM initiatives, leveraging marketing automation, data integrity, and seamless customer journeys to deliver meaningful customer experiences and measurable business growth through innovation and a customer-first mindset.
Key requirements include.
· Own and evolve the end-to-end CRM and lifecycle strategy for priority D2C brands, directly influencing customer growth, engagement, and revenue outcomes.
· Design and optimise customer journeys across acquisition, onboarding, retention, loyalty, and win-back, using data-driven insights to drive performance.
· Partner closely with senior digital, brand, and PR leaders to ensure CRM initiatives are fully integrated with broader marketing and commercial objectives.
· Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of personalised CRM campaigns across email and owned channels, ensuring consistently high quality and on-time delivery.
· Drive CRM platform effectiveness by working with internal IS teams and external vendors to enhance integrations, automation, and data flows.
· Champion best-practice data governance, hygiene, and compliance, with clear reporting on engagement, growth, deliverability, and campaign performance.
· Shape the creative direction of CRM communications, collaborating with brand and design teams to deliver compelling, on-brand content that converts.
· Leverage customer insights, emerging technologies, and martech trends to innovate CRM capability and elevate the end-to-end digital customer experience.
About you
You are a highly driven CRM and lifecycle marketing leader with a proven track record of developing and executing strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. Experienced with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable platforms, you excel at translating customer data into actionable insights, designing personalised campaigns, and optimising lifecycle initiatives for measurable impact.
You thrive on taking ownership, collaborating with stakeholders and third-party partners, and continuously improving processes. With strong attention to detail, a focus on quality, and a deep understanding of data privacy and compliance, you are passionate about using CRM to deliver growth and innovation. Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, Public Relations or Commerce discipline are essential.
